Terms and Conditions
Please read this page carefully prior to placing an order. When you place an order either through our shopping cart, fax or US mail you accept the terms and conditions listed on this page.
When you add an item to your
cart, it is then saved in your Shopping Cart. The Shopping Cart holds products
you wish to purchase while you shop, the same way you use a shopping cart in a
any retail store. Items you place in your Shopping Cart will then remain there
until they are purchased, or removed.

purchase your item(s), click on "Checkout." Our checkout process is fast, easy
and secure. Fill in your shipping information. Items with an asterisk (*) are
required. When completed click the Submit Button once only and your order will

by snail mail or Fax if you prefer. Simply print out our Order
Form and mail it with your payment to the address provided below.
Make sure we have the correct full name, shipping address, phone number with
area code, and e-mail address so we can contact you with a confirmation
regarding your order. Payments may be Cashiers Checks, Money Orders, or
Personal Checks made out to Elmarc Marketing Inc. ( Please note, if
paying by personal check, allow 7-10 days more time before delivering of your
merchandise in order for the check to clear. We thank you for your patience
and understanding.) Make sure the check is made out for the correct total
including shipping charges. Sorry but no CODs accepted, US Funds
only. Personal checks which are returned unpaid will be subject to a $20.00
collection fee, and may be turned over to your local prosecuting attorney if
they are not cleared in a timely manner.

return so please make sure that the item you order is correct.

items in your order is on back order. (You may only cancel the back ordered
