• Review your order - This ensures that the accuracy of items in your Shopping Cart and the quantity selected is correct.
• Update the quantity - Simply type in the quantity you wish to purchase and click "Update Cart."
• Remove an item from your Shopping Cart - Click the trash can icon.
  
• Return to shopping - To save your order while continuing to shop for additional items, click Continue Shopping. • Split Shipment - To ship items to different locations, click the Split Shipment Button.
  
• Proceed to Secure Checkout - When you are ready to purchase your item(s), click on "Checkout." Our checkout process is fast, easy and secure. Fill in your shipping information. Items with an asterisk (*) are required. When completed click the Submit Button once only and your order will be processed.

• If paying by Credit Card or Debit Card - The billing address that you enter at checkout must be an exact match of the address that your credit card company or bank has on file for this card.
  
• If paying by money order Cashiers Check or Personal Check - Please print off our Order Form and enclose it with payment for the correct order total amount including shipping charges. See Off Line Ordering above.

E-mails About Your Order

After you place your order, you will receive e-mails about your order. Below are examples of e-mails you might receive.

• Your order has been received - This e-mail confirms that we have received your order. Keep this e-mail for your records.
• Item Back order Notice - This e-mail informs you that an item or items from your order is not available for immediate shipment and will ship when it is becomes available. When the item is available to ship, we will send you an e-mail with your order number. Keep this e-mail for your records. If you would like more information about back ordered items please click backordered items.
• Important notice about your order - There are a few reasons why you would possibly receive this e-mail, including: there is difficulty in processing your order, inability to ship to the address provided, duplicate order, or a cancellation of your order. Should you receive a notice like this, please contact us at customerservice@yourblanketsite.com immediately for further assistance.

Order Tracking

You can track the status of your order 24 hours a day with our easy order tracking link at the top of each page. Just enter your 18 digit confirmation number in the space provided. Next click the update button and you will receive one of 4 order status stages.

• New - This message would be displayed shortly after an order has been placed, before the order process has begun.
• In Progress - The oder process has begun and is in progress.
• Back Ordered - The item / items which have been ordered are on backorder at this time.
• Completed - The order process has been completed, items have been shipped and should be received within a reasonable allotted shipping time depending on postal traffic ( example: please allow extra time for shipping during the holiday seasons).
• If you selected UPS for your shipping method at the time that the order was placed and would like to obtain a UPS tracking number for your order email us at support@yourblanketsite.com and we will be happy to supply that information to you.
  Please Note: USPS does not supply tracking numbers.

• Secure Shopping - We capitalize on the industries standard SSL (Security Sockets Layer) encryption technologies, which provides the highest level of security currently availablee to help ensure secure transactions when transferring and receiving consumer personal information that is exchanged with our site. This means that your credit card information is transmitted in an encrypted form which cannot be read or recorded when being sent across the internet. An unbroken key icon or closed lock icon will appear in the lower part of your internet browser's window to show that you are sending information on a secured site. We also have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.
  
• We do not process credit card orders by e-mail due to the higher security risks. Please do not send your credit card information to us through e-mail. If you prefer you can place an order via snail mail or fax. Simply print off our order form and mail or fax with complete payment. • Privacy Information - At Your Blanket Site we are 100% committed to the absolute privacy of our customers because we realize that your privacy is vitally important. This means that never will a customer's personal identifiable information be sold, leased, shared or otherwise distributed to any outside third party organization, unless it is a necessary part of processing your transaction (i.e. your name and address will be shared with UPS, so that they can deliver your package to you).
  All information entered on the order form, name, address, email, or any other information provided is used for billing purposes, to verify that you are the actual credit card owner ( for your protection as well as ours), and to fill customer orders, is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes. Also if there is trouble processing an order, the information is used to contact "You" the customer.
