you purchase in a brick and mortar store, the product you purchase might have
to be returned. For this reason, we will gladly accept returns.
Terms and Conditions

read this page carefully prior to placing an order. When you place an order
either through our shopping cart, fax or us-mail you accept the terms and conditions
listed on this page.

Product Sizes
All the finished
sizes for our products are based on the information which is provided by the
manufacturer of the item. Sizes may vary slightly depending on conditions
during manufacturing production, material content and washing.
Your Blanket Site or the manufacturers are not responsible for shrinkage of
material.
Monitor Color Disclaimer
All images represent our products
to the best of our ability within the limits of the use of digital imaging, the Internet and computer
graphics. Unfortunately, individual computers reproduce color in vastly
different spectrum's. For this reason we cannot guarantee that the image you see accurately portrays
the actual product colors, texture or pattern.
Money Back Guarantee
We want you to be
completely satisfied with every item that you purchase from
Your Blanket Site, but if you are not completely satisfied with any item
that you have purchased, you may request a return authorization number within 14
business days of delivery. Simply contact us at
customerservice@yourblanketsite.com.
and within 48 hours you will receive a response via e-mail from us. We'll
gladly exchange your merchandise or refund your purchase price, excluding
shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee. The item or items must be returned unused, in re-saleable
condition, and in original packaging. See complete return

Damaged
or Defective Items
We work
hard to deliver your merchandise to you quickly and safely. Please inspect
your item / items immediately upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged
in transit or you receive a different product from that which you ordered,
please e-mail us within 14 business days at
support@yourblanketsite.com.
You may return your order
at our expense for a replacement item. Upon receiving your
request, we will respond within 48 business hours with, a return
authorization number, instructions, and issue a prepaid return label.

for the return accompany the request.

for a Return Authorization Number and return instructions within 14 days
of delivery. We thank you in advance for your cooperation in this matter. MERCHANDISE
RETURNED WITHOUT A PROPER "RETURN AUTHORIZATION" WILL BE REFUSED OR RETURNED
TO YOU AND NO CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN.

Simply write the return
authorization number clearly on the outside of the master carton to be shipped.

Items must be unused and not
laundered, resell-able (original condition) and in original packaging.

Items must be received within
30 days after authorization is given.

We will gladly REPLACE ANY
DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR MISS SHIPPED MERCHANDISE AT OUR EXPENSE, WITH A PREPAID
SHIPPING LABEL. SHIPPING CHARGES (including return shipping charges)
ON RETURNED MERCHANDISE FOR ANY OTHER REASONS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE AND A 10% RESTOCKING FEE WILL APPLY.

All return shipping charges must
be prepaid. C.O.D. deliveries cannot be accepted.

When the return is received and
processed by the manufacturer we will refund the cost of the item, less the 10% restocking fee.
You will be notified by phone, mail, or e-mail.
Please allow approximately 30 days for your refund to be issued. You can expect a
refund in the same form of payment originally used for your purchase.
For your protection, we recommend
that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return.
Keep the Return
Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package
is returned to the warehouse. We can not be held liable for returned
merchandise that does not reach the manufacturer.
Any refused, returned, or not
deliverable shipments returned by the shipping service, do not constitute
the right to a refund or credit. If accepted back, will incur a 40% restocking
fee plus original and return shipping cost.
You must make sure we
have the correct name, shipping address, phone number, and e-mail address.
If we cannot verify the shipping address and you do not give us valid contact
information, your order will be canceled with no further attempt to contact
you.
We have no control
over the package while it is in transit. If the tracking report shows that the
package was delivered to the address that you supplied us, you must contact
the carrier's local office (UPS or US Post Office), and tell them that you did
not receive the package, and file a claim with them.
Sorry, but no
refunds will be issued on lost packages.
Your Blanket Site reserves the right to
refuse credit or acceptance of a return if it is not in its original
condition, has been mistreated or has been used for any period of time.
