Shipping Rules and Restrictions

• International shipping is currently unavailable. Orders may only be shipped within the continental United States. This EXCLUDES Puerto Rico, and Alaska. Please note, at this time we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses or APO addresses

• In Cases of Multiple Orders, some Products may be Shipped Separately.

Shipping Methods

• Orders are usually shipped via UPS ground and actual delivery time will vary according to your UPS zone.
  In certain cases the US Postal Ground Service or FedEx will be used for some products.

• Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding Federal Holidays within the United States.
• Overnight, second and third day shipping, is available for an additional shipping charge. Please be aware that it may take at least a day or two for the manufacturer to ship the products from the warehouse in the first place. Expedient Shipping charges are calculated and can be viewed at the time of order placement.

• Standard Shipping costs are dependent on the total cost of the items in your order. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order. To view our standard shipping cost see the Shipping Rate Chart below.
• We cannot guarantee that all items will be in stock at all times. Backordered items may take 6-12 weeks to ship. Because products ship direct from the manufacturer, shipping times are only estimates and cannot be guaranteed. If we send a backorder, or out of stock notification to you by email and you do not respond, your order will be canceled and any charges will be refunded.
• You must make sure we have the correct name, shipping address, phone number, and e-mail address. If we cannot verify the shipping address and you do not give us valid contact information, your order will be canceled with no further attempt to contact you.
• Any refused, returned, or non deliverable shipments returned by the shipping service, do not constitute the right to a refund or credit. If accepted back, will incur a 40% restocking fee plus original and return shipping cost.
• We have no control over the package while it is in transit. If the tracking report shows that the package was delivered to the address that you supplied us, you must contact the carrier's local office (UPS or US Post Office), and tell them that you did not receive the package, and file a claim with them.
  Sorry, but no refunds will be issued on lost packages.

• Shipping Costs are based on the total costs of your order, ( standard shipping charge ) which will be shown in your shopping cart. Handling Cost are included.

• The chart below details our normal shipping and handling charges via UPS. These rates apply to the continental United States only.
