Blanket Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with every item that you purchase from Your Blanket Site, but if you are not completely satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may request a return authorization number within 14 business days of delivery and return the merchandise. Simply contact us at customerservice@yourblanketsite.com. and within 24 - 48 hours you will receive a response from us. We'll gladly exchange your merchandise or refund your purchase price, excluding shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee. The item or items must be returned unused, in re-saleable condition, and in original packaging.

We work hard to deliver your merchandise to you quickly and safely. If an item is defective or you receive a different product from that which you ordered, please e-mail us within 14 days. You may return your order at our expense for a replacement or exchange. Upon receiving your request, we will respond within 48 hours with a return authorization number, instructions, and issue a prepaid return label.
